Score Manager – Jerizia IT SL

1. Purpose

This document establishes the terms and conditions of use of the Score Manager application, developed and managed by Jerizia IT SL, oriented to the organization and management of sports academies.

The use of the application implies full and unreserved acceptance of these conditions. If the user does not agree, they should refrain from using the application.

2. Personal data processing and confidentiality

Jerizia IT SL guarantees that all data entered in Score Manager is processed in accordance with European and Spanish data protection regulations (GDPR and LOPDGDD).

The data entered in the application is the exclusive property of the Client (academy or responsible user). The Company acts as data processor, limiting itself to safeguarding and processing data according to the Client's instructions.

Confidentiality: The Company will not share, disclose or use data for purposes other than providing the service.

Restricted access: Only authorized employees of Jerizia IT SL will have access to the data, always under obligation of confidentiality.

3. Minor's data

The Client is responsible for having valid consent from parents, guardians or legal representatives for the processing of minor's data.

The Company will apply reinforced technical and organizational measures to protect minor's information, guaranteeing its use only in the sports and organizational scope.

4. Cloud security

Data will be stored on secure cloud servers, complying with current security and privacy regulations.

The Company commits to implementing reasonable measures to guarantee the integrity, confidentiality and availability of information.

In case of a security incident, the Client will be notified within a maximum period of 72 hours from detection.

5. Client responsibilities

The Client commits to:

• Use Score Manager only for legitimate purposes related to academy management.
• Maintain the confidentiality of their access credentials.
• Report any misuse, data loss or unauthorized access.

6. Duration and termination of service

This agreement will remain in effect while the Client uses the application.

In case of cancellation, Jerizia IT SL commits to delete or return all data within a maximum period of 30 days, except for legal obligation of conservation.

7. Applicable legislation and jurisdiction

The use of the application is governed by Spanish and European legislation on data protection.

Any dispute will be submitted to the courts and tribunals of Madrid, Spain.

8. Acceptance

Continued use of Score Manager implies full and automatic acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, without the need for express signature.
